When did you start working for CENTRI®?
I started working for CENTRI® as a temp in May 1997 and was later hired on full time in August of 1997.
Why do you love your job?
I love the people that I work with as well as the customers we get to work with on a daily basis. We all work hard, but have a lot of fun as well.
What’s the most useless talent you have?
It is fairly useless, but it goes over well at parties and gets some laughs. Imitations of Sean Connery, Yoda, Carl Spackler from “Caddyshack” and the head coach from the movie “Major League.”
When did you start working for CENTRI®?
I started working for CENTRI® September of 2014.
Why do you love your job?
I love the opportunity to creatively solve problems for our partners. From initially diagnosing the root cause to building our first prototype, the entire process really fascinates me.
In 40 years, what is one thing you think everyone will be nostalgic for?
Human interaction. My job as a product manager keeps me in constant contact with a diverse group of people and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I think as social media and technology advance, we lose ourselves behind our devices. It is and will always be very important to unplug and spend time with people face-to-face.

When did you start working for CENTRI®?
I started working for CENTRI ® in February of 2023. My previous 12 years in the auto industry made for an easy transition to engine air filtration.
Why do you love your job?
I love that my coworkers are focused on problem-solving and making every effort to meet customer needs. It is very rewarding working in a team environment and feeling like we accomplish something daily. Meeting all the new customers from different backgrounds is certainly a bonus.
What are your hobbies?
Hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. My wife Jamie and I have three boys and we love taking them on all kinds of outdoor excursions.

When did you start working for CENTRI ® ?
I joined the CENTRI ® team in October 2022 with over 30 years in the accounting field. I am excited to be part of the DRM family and help us grow!
Why do you love your job?
I enjoy working in a team environment. Everyone is friendly and willing to help where they are needed to get things done. The variety of work and learning what and how we do it is very rewarding.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies include crochet, quilting and scrapbooks but my favorite thing is spending time with friends and family (husband Brian, son Jacob & his wife Nicole and daughter Justine & her husband Drake). We love cooking out, playing games & making memories!

Why do you love your job?
I love achieving milestones with my co-workers. I would “jump into a foxhole” with them and I know they would do the same with me.
What is your favorite movie quote?
“You pray for rain you gotta deal with the mud too” from the “The Equalizer.” It’s a reminder to vet the decisions you make and prepare yourself to deal with the aftermath, effects or consequences.

Why do you love your job?
I started my career in Manufacturing and Operations Management. As my career shifted into Accounting and Finance, I have always wanted to stay active in the production & manufacturing side of the business. DRM Family of Companies has allowed me to bridge the gap between financial strategy and operational execution. At DRM, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate closely with production teams, aligning cost analysis and budgeting with the realities of the shop floor. This blend of experience has given me a unique perspective—one that values both efficiency and profitability—and continues to fuel my passion for making data-driven decisions that support sustainable growth and innovation within manufacturing.
What are your hobbies?
My wife and I enjoy traveling to destinations with white-sandy beaches and hosting gatherings for family and friends. We’ve created several annual traditions with our four grandsons, the highlight being our back-to-school shopping trip, during which we give them a set budget to teach practical lessons in planning and prioritization.
