We guarantee it’s the best one in the industry!
There’s no small print. Our Lifetime Warranty includes all the pieces: impeller or bearing assembly, stainless steel body, aluminum hood or any other component you need.
If our unit becomes defective during its lifetime:
- You’ll receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from DRM Diversafab Corp.*
- Once return authorization is given, send the unit with the provided pre-paid shipping information. Make sure the RGA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.
- DRM Diversafab Corp will repair or replace the unit at no charge and will return the repaired unit back to you.
*Indicate the reason for the return, equipment and engine the part was used on and the operating conditions.
